Production Log - 1/1/18

I got some cut away shots for the music video whilst I was away at the east coast for the music video. This means that I can use the footage to breakup the videos scenes. The footage turned out good, as I got lots of different composition of the sea and the beach.

For the first shoot, the footage of the TV on the moor looked good, there were a variety of locations on the moors which meant that the TV could be placed in lots of unusual places.

My favorite shot of the shoot was where the TV was submerged within the water of a small puddle, within a marshy area. The TV was half submerged in the water and on an angle, which I thought that it looked really good and unusual.

This makes the scene even more unusual than it already is, with an old TV in the wild half covered in water. I also got some other shots with the TV on the moors, with the Cow and Calf, and in front of a wooded area.

Therefore lots of footage was taken from the moors and the best of the footage can be chosen to be used in the video. At each location on the moors, I tried a few different compositions therefore I can pick the best looking on from the scene. Also if the video needs to reference back to the same location, I can use a different composition of the same scene, making it different from the previous shot, therefore avoiding duplication of the same footage.
